The Mission of the Leake County Development Association is to improve the quality of life for all Leake Countians by attraction, retention, and expansion of business and the production of employment opportunities, and the enhancement of the tax base.

The Leake County Development Association is the only agency in Leake County whose primary goal is to attract new business and industries to Leake County. 

 

To reach our goals, our organization promotes partnerships first at home by working with existing business and industry and with all our elected officials. 

 

Secondly, the organization partners with regional and state organizations such as East Central Mississippi Economic Development Council, Mississippi Economic Council, Mississippi Edonomic Development Council, Mississippi Manufacturers Association, and three utilities serving Leake County.
